Pasouflu® and Pasoucastle

Description

Ingredients:

Newcastle Antigen contains lentogenic Newcastle Disease Virus, and Avian Influenza Antigen contains Avian Influenza type A, subtype H9N2 virus isolated from infected birds in Iran. Both viruses are cultured in the allantois sac of embryonated SPF-approved eggs, and subsequently, the viruses are inactivated by the addition of 0.1% Formalin. The Hemagglutination (HA) titer is greater than 1:512 at the time of distribution; however, since the HA titer diminishes with time, we recommend that the HA titer be tested each week before conducting tests in order to verify the correct HA titer at the time of each test.

Indications:

For conducting Hemagglutination Inhibition Test to detect the presence and level of antibodies against Newcastle disease and Avian Influenza viruses.

Storage:

Store the antigens in the fridge, at 2° to 8°C.

Pasouflu® and Pasoucastle® are provided in a 5 ml vial in lyophilized form.
