Pasouflu is an influenza antigen used in the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test to detect and determine the antibody titer
against influenza virus subtype H9N2.
Pasouflu antigen contains inactivated avian influenza virus subtype H9N2. The antigen titer of this biological product at the time of production is at least 1:512 as determined by the hemagglutination (HA) test.
This antigen is used to determine the antibody titer against influenza virus subtype H9N2 using the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test with red blood cells.
Store the antigen refrigerated at 2–8°C.
5 mL vials in lyophilized form.
